Prospecta Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates the EntRePlan mobile application ("App"). This App is strictly intended for internal organizational use by authorized employees of registered client organizations.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of the Application

EntRePlan is an internal employee management and attendance application used for:

Attendance tracking
Secure punch-in and punch-out
Employee announcements
Internal organizational management

The App is not intended for public consumer use.

2. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

We may collect Full Name, Employee ID, Email Address, Phone Number, and Organization details. This information is used strictly for internal employee management purposes.

B. Profile Images (Camera & Media Access)

The App allows employees to capture a profile picture using the device camera or select a profile picture from the device gallery. To enable this feature, the App may request camera and media/photos access.

Profile images are collected only when voluntarily uploaded by the user and are used for internal identification purposes within the organization.

We do not use images for facial recognition or biometric identification.

C. Location Information (Attendance Security)

The App collects real-time location data only when an employee performs Punch In or Punch Out actions.

        ✔ The App does NOT track location continuously.

        ✔ The App does NOT collect background location data.

        ✔ Location is accessed only at the time of punch-in or punch-out.

Location data is used solely to verify that employees are physically present within authorized office premises and to prevent fraudulent attendance entries.

D. Log Data

In case of technical errors, we may collect device IP address, device model, operating system version, app configuration details, and usage timestamps. This information is used for debugging and service improvement.

3. How We Use Information

Manage attendance records
Verify authorized punch-in/out
Maintain employee profiles
Provide internal announcements
Improve app performance and security
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Data Sharing

Information may be shared only:

With the employee’s registered organization/employer
With authorized service providers for hosting or maintenance
If required by applicable law or legal process

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention

Employee data is retained only as long as necessary for organizational, operational, or legal requirements.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended strictly for professional organizational use and is not directed toward individuals under 18 years of age.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected with a revised "Last Updated" date.
